CPAP Specialist Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a CPAP Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans for patients suffering from obstructive sleep apnea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with medical experts to create tailored care strategies for each patient
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, including titration studies, for individuals experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
  • Provide guidance on CPAP equipment and setup requirements
  • Offer ongoing support and follow-up appointments for patients
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders and available treatment options
  • Promote and enhance our product range and services
  • Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Independent management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Strong interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
