Community Mental Health Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bathurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to adults and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
The successful candidate will have expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team to provide holistic care to patients and their families, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions to promote recovery and improve mental health outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and policies that promote best practice in mental health care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and team meetings to ensure effective patient care and coordination.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Psychologist.
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community mental health settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
