Senior Nursing Professional - Infusion Clinic

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time opportunity in Bathurst, NB, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care in an infusion clinic setting.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and administer specialized IV and injection therapies with confidence and professionalism.
  2. Receive and review physician's orders while continuously seeking new methods to enhance patient assessments and care techniques.
  3. Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor client conditions, using analytical skills to observe, document, and respond to changes in health status according to established standards.
  4. Provide direction, support, and delegation to nursing staff, while fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication and shared patient care goals.
Requirements
  • Evidence of recent acute care experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration in good standing with the provincial licensing body.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
