Community Mental Health Clinician

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist to join our Community Adult Mental Health Team and make a real difference in the lives of our consumers.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists to provide high-quality care and support to adults with mental health conditions.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering evidence-based therapies, such as DBT, CBT-e, SSCM, and EMDR, and who is committed to providing compassionate and empathetic care.
The role involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments and evaluations, and provide individual and group therapy sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to your clinical expertise, we are looking for someone who is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and who is passionate about contributing to the growth and success of our team.
This position is open to provisional psychologists, registered psychologists, and senior psychologists who are looking for a rewarding career opportunity that makes a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapies to adults with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to consumers
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve shared goals
