- Monitor club access and handle inquiries and complaints effectively">
- Conduct tours and explain our Judgement Free Zone philosophy">
- Sell memberships and operate our Point of Sale system">
- Support new team members and maintain a clean and organized environment">
- Perform daily cleaning and club walk-arounds">
Requirements
">- Excellent communication and phone skills">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team">
- Punctual and organized with an upbeat attitude">
- Certificate III in Fitness and current First Aid and CPR certifications">
- Working with Children (WWC) certificate and police check within the last 12 months">
