Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are a leading provider of support services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), serving over 10,000 participants annually. Our team of specialists takes a multi-disciplinary approach, crafting tailored support services that meet the unique needs and goals of our participants and their families.

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team to serve NDIS participants in the Tuggerah/Central Coast region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will bring expertise, maturity, and exceptional time management skills to this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload and providing timely therapeutic services
  • Evaluating participants' functional capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Developing treatment plans that address each participant's unique needs
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life and goal attainment
  • Mentoring early career clinicians and contributing to a culture of growth and learning

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing skill development
  • Experience mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
