We are looking for a skilled expert in effective communication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, training, or communications and be able to break down complex ideas into actionable steps.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional learning experiences using an active, project-based learning approach.

They will build, refine, and update learners' syllabus and curriculum, including learning materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.

A key responsibility of the role will be to develop courseware, supplemental written materials, and learning content to ensure learners effectively gain the skills covered under each topic.

They will also provide 1-on-1 coaching to learners via Zoom and offer compassionate, constructive feedback to inspire learners to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be confident in front of people, maintain a positive mindset, and quickly analyze and problem-solve on the go.

They will be proactive, autonomous, and resourceful, with a great attitude, a passion for working with people, and a deep love for what they do.
