**Equipment Maintenance Specialist**
At Kennards Hire, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through the maintenance and repair of equipment.
As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch workshop and providing customers with a high level of service. This includes performing operational equipment repairs and servicing maintenance, documenting work done, and maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
You will also support other branches within the network by utilising and repairing hire equipment between branches as required. This may involve working at other branches and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing operational equipment repairs and servicing maintenance and documentation in accordance with quality standards
- Overseeing the efficient operation of the branch workshop, maintenance of equipment, ordering of parts, coordination of preventative maintenance services, and task allocations for service drivers
- Providing support to other branches within the area/state in the utilisation and/or repair of hire equipment between branches as required
In addition to technical skills, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
