
Front Office Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide quality service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. They will maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring accurate charges are posted on time. Additionally, they will operate telephone effectively, handling calls promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled in a friendly and professional manner.
- Complete daily shift checks, referring items for follow-up to supervisors or managers as needed.
- Transfer registration card details to guest reservations in Opera accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Opera Front Office system and hotel services. They will demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and provide personalised service to achieve the 'Essence of Pleasure.'
