***this role will require you to be onsite in North Sydney 3 days a week.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting various sourcing initiatives and campaigns through market research, market mapping, proactive search, provision of market intel as well as building, nurturing, and growing talent pools of suitably qualified talent
- Leveraging your skills in Boolean search to help us find the best talent
- Using a range of digital channels to support your talent searches and continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent
- Developing strong talent pipelines through targeted search initiatives
- Working in partnership with the onsite Talent Acquisition team, providing specific expertise as a Sourcing SME.

**Who are you?**:

- A proven talent sourcing expert ideally with experience sourcing across the digital, tech, and corporate operations business areas. A strong strategic sourcing foundation from the executive search sector would be really beneficial in this role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively to achieve business outcomes
- You have an established social and professional network
- A proven capability in utilising a range of sourcing channels to attract critical talent.
