About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of 3 business partners to source talent globally. This includes end-to-end recruitment, strategic sourcing, international sourcing, onboarding, and building a talent pipeline.

Requirements
  • Experience in a strategic sourcing or resourcing role is required. Experience in the medical industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and have outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and leadership skills are required.
