Job Title: Change Lead

A high-impact role for an experienced professional who can lead change management efforts with strategic positioning and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will develop and drive a pragmatic approach to change, creating a consolidated view of program impacts and promoting it with executive decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where planning, prioritization, adaptability, and collaboration are key. They should have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for fostering strong stakeholder relationships, including with executive leaders.

This role is suited to those who can shift from strategic thinking to hands-on delivery and support. The ability to challenge existing practices and identify innovative solutions is critical. Acute business acumen and the ability to understand organisational issues, challenges, and solutions are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a consolidated view of change impacts across the Transformation program, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Create and implement a proposal for an updated enterprise-wide view of change impacts.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Manage stakeholders in the business and key projects by developing effective relationships.
  • Coach and engage business leaders to help them fulfil their role as change sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in change management at a senior level, particularly cross-functional transformation and process/technology-driven people change projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to shift from strategic thinker to hands-on delivery and support.
  • Acute business acumen and ability to identify and understand organisational issues, challenges, and solutions.
