We are currently seeking a Strategic Project Scheduler to play a critical role in the planning, governance, and reporting of major delivery projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Scheduler and Reporting Analyst. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for establishing project schedules, leading indicators, and weekly reporting and dashboards to stakeholders.

  • Establish project schedules, lead indicators and weekly reporting and dashboard to stakeholders
  • Plan and manage milestones and interdependencies between project and program schedules
  • Monitor, collect and update relevant information to project activities
  • Report, review, and control progress of projects to ensure commitments are achieved and deliverables are met
  • Evaluate current procedures and make necessary recommendations to improve the efficiency of planning, scheduling, and reporting of projects
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects
  • Strong Power BI skills to design, build and run dashboards and reports (3 years)
  • Advanced MS Office skills particularly in Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
