A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Program Coordinators and Program Schedulers to support a multi-year program delivering new case management capabilities. These roles will provide critical program coordination and scheduling expertise to ensure program success. The successful candidates will be engaged for an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, working in a hybrid arrangement.

The successful Program Coordinators and Program Schedulers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing program and project coordination support in complex environments.
  • Developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
  • Managing program documentation and maintaining registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies).
  • Supporting governance forums, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and producing accurate minutes and action tracking.
  • Resource allocation, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and schedule consolidation.
  • Identifying schedule risks, supporting mitigation planning, and presenting schedule information to stakeholders.

The successful candidates will have experience in the following:

  • Proven experience providing program/project coordination and/or scheduling support in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in scheduling, agenda preparation, accurate minute-taking, and action tracking.
  • Experience consolidating schedules, identifying dependencies, and providing impact analysis.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with program/project management frameworks and artefacts.
