Overview
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Product Projects to lead the strategic coordination and delivery of product-related projects across TAFE Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of significant, complex, and diverse product-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project deliverables and deadlines.
  • You will actively engage with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, prioritise, and resource projects effectively.
  • You will manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the product portfolio, implementing mitigation strategies and reporting mechanisms.
  • You will provide leadership and direction to a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring consistent project delivery, progression according to schedules, risk management, and accurate reporting.
  • You will establish and maintain project governance frameworks, documentation standards, and reporting tools to support transparency and accountability.
  • You will drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • You will provide advice on project management across all project stages and contribute to the development of proposals, reporting, and presentations to support new project initiatives and effective communication and outcomes.
  • You will manage budget planning and resource allocation for product projects, providing strategic advice to the Product Management team.
  • You will work cohesively, productively, and collaboratively with the Product team, contributing to a culture of best practice in educational product.
  • You will promote and model TAFE Queensland's values: Working Together, Focusing on our Customer, Taking Responsibility, Showing Initiative, and Safety First.
