Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development and performance of our commercial packages portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative mindset.

  • The role involves leading initiatives across the product lifecycle, ensuring effective implementation of policy wording and underwriting guidelines.
  • Complex underwriting referrals will be assessed, collaborated on with actuarial teams, and interpreted catastrophe model outputs.
  • Product and pricing system issues will be identified and resolved, support for technical pricing reviews will be provided, and tactical pricing adjustments will be led.
  • Broker and partner communications will be facilitated, product training will be delivered, and intermediary performance reviews will be overseen.
  • Portfolio performance will be monitored and optimized, leading the development of customer, product, and distribution strategies.
  • Mentorship of direct reports will occur, collaboration with teams will happen, contribution to strategic planning forums will be made, and subject matter expertise for complex product and portfolio issues will be demonstrated.
