Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our team in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building, leading, and growing high-performing teams and delivering successful products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for user management solutions
  • Planning and executing features that balance customer requirements, market analysis, and resource constraints
  • Managing the backlog and incoming feature requests, as well as defining key success metrics
  • Building relationships and collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders on delivering unique solutions

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

8+ years of prior product management experience, fluency in systems thinking, and/or large system design experience.
