Are you looking for a role that involves delivering products and providing customer service?

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
  • Providing customer service and information about products

A typical day in this role would involve working as part of the Trade Counter team, predominantly delivering products but also providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should also be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate. Additionally, you'll need to have a clean, valid driver's licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
