The Role

As the SQE Manager, you will lead and manage all Safety, Quality, and Environmental needs across the site, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations. You will work closely with operations to implement and maintain effective SQE systems and processes.

This role offers substantial growth and development opportunities for a seasoned SQE professional with a strong supportive culture already in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Safety, Quality, and Environmental needs across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective SQE systems and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety practices and compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships on-site and across the business.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a similar SQE management position, preferably within a relevant environment.
  • Ability to successfully influence change within organisations and drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of risk assessments, safety inductions, incident investigations, and management systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of ISO Quality Standards 9001.
