About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Greater Western Water Limited. As a key member of our maintenance services team, you will be responsible for providing front-line contractor management to deliver on our asset management plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with maintenance coordinators and team leaders to deliver on weekly scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Regularly meet with operations teams to understand maintenance work practices in the field and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage and lead external contractors to complete works in accordance with our safety standards.
  • Coordinate annual review and implementation of continuous improvement actions from our asset management plan.
  • Develop scope of work and raise purchase orders.
  • Develop responsive work action plans and protocols.
Requirements
  • Significant asset management experience in operations and maintenance, with a preference for experience with mechanical and electrical assets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to excel as an autonomous worker as well as a team player.
  • Sound knowledge of equipment relating to sewage and water treatment.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
  • Working knowledge of asset management and maintenance systems.
