About the Role:

As a Head Chef in our Aged Care facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of high-quality meals, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation, and managing compliance related to food safety, WHS, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production and delivery of high-quality meals to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Lead and manage kitchen teams, ensuring excellent service and high standards
  • Manage food cost, stock control, and ordering
  • Communicate effectively with facility management, residents, and families

Requirements:

  • Chef qualifications and experience in Aged Care
  • Strong understanding of modified texture and dietary needs
  • Food safety legislation understanding
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement
