As a Culinary Operations Manager at Contemporary Catering, you will play a key role in the production and delivery of high-quality meals, ensuring a smooth operation in our kitchens.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of chefs to deliver high-quality meals and maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Oversee food cost management and maintain compliance with food safety and WHS regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the resident dining experience and increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as culinary arts or hospitality
  • Experience in Aged Care or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of modified texture and dietary needs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
