Job Title: Critical Care Nursing ProfessionalOverview:

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nursing Professional to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care within their specialty. As a CNS, you will contribute to and oversee the delivery of quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to service development, reviewing current trauma care, coordinating care for trauma inpatients, and improving data collection.
  • Develop and implement clinical standards of practice, enhancing patient outcomes through research and quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Trauma nursing experience and training.
  • Expertise in critical care nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
