Sourcing and Contracts Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement and Supply Department as a Sourcing and Contracts professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end sourcing to contract process.

  • Drafting and issuing RFx documents
  • Commercial evaluation and negotiations
  • Award and contract formation

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement savings plans, driving tangible cost savings and operational benefits through the contracting process.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining industry
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing sourcing strategies for goods and services contracts
  • Substantial experience in negotiating and managing contractual arrangements
  • Excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and individuals
