Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate senior leadership professional to oversee and support a portfolio of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Melbourne.

This is a senior leadership and planning role which involves ensuring development and performance monitoring across the portfolio, designing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, driving enrolment and managing portfolio budgets and financial performance.

You will also promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure development and performance monitoring across the portfolio
  • Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, manage portfolio budgets and financial performance
  • Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Proven senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive 'can do' attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work
