Job Description

The Senior Leadership Support Professional will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing complex priorities and sensitive matters with discretion. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent judgment, composure, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary and calendar commitments efficiently.
  • Advise the CEO on urgent matters and prepare relevant documentation promptly.
  • Prepare board papers and compile meeting packs and presentations for key clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Prioritise and efficiently handle reports, business papers, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Organise travel and related arrangements seamlessly.
  • Assist with marketing material development and distribution as needed.
  • Support event management and function setup requirements.
  • Process expenses and manage special projects professionally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years supporting senior executives in a C-Suite environment.
  • Proven experience as an EA in financial or professional services sectors.
  • Mature, professional approach with excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and high-pressure situations calmly and confidently.
  • Strong initiative, loyalty, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Builds effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Reliable team player with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
