Our organisation seeks a driven and strategic Business Development professional to lead the APAC Sales team in building new client relationships across the region.

This is a high-performing hunter role where you'll be responsible for prospecting, networking, and securing new business opportunities – helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes while contributing directly to our growth and success.

We're accepting applications from candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne – join us from either location

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales and new business targets by acquiring enterprise clients across APAC.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build a robust pipeline.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage client proposals, presentations, and negotiations through to close.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in business development or sales, ideally in professional services, compliance, or standards/regulatory solutions.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • A proactive, 'hunter' mindset with enthusiasm for driving growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required.
