Senior Risk Intelligence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Intelligence Leader to oversee our team of analysts, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with 4-7 years of experience in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
  • Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
  • Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
