We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to fill a challenging role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design and the ability to manage new product development, including enhancement of current RFID products and 1D/3D Antenna design for new and existing products and projects.

  • Manage new electronics design, including enhancement of current RFID products and 1D/3D Antenna design for new and existing products and projects.
  • Production Test and EMC responsibility.
  • PCB layout and schematics (Altium Designer).
  • Produce technical documents such as 'Theory of Operation', schematics, BOM's etc.
  • Prototyping.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including software development, marketing, and contract manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering from a reputable University or equivalent institution.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in electronics design, preferably in RF/Analogue design.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer.
  • Experience in preparing technical design documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new hardware products, including RFID tags and antennas.
  • Managing production testing and ensuring compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulations.
  • Creating technical documentation, including PCB layouts and schematics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
