We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Electronic Trading Specialist. This role involves working on the development and maintenance of electronic trading systems, ensuring high uptime and performance.

Job Description

As an Electronic Trading Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex production issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with software and infrastructure owners to solve hardware/network issues, partner with business users to develop and support pricing and execution services, and provide operational and technical assistance for Futures applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Linux operating system internals and/or networking concepts, and knowledge of one or more programming languages (SQL, Python, C, C++, Java, or shell scripting). They will also possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment, and hands-on experience with debugging and optimizing code.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year (Analyst) / 3+ years (Associate) of relevant work experience in a technical role such as software engineering, site reliability engineering, or systems engineering.
  • Strong aptitude for algorithms, data structures, and software design.
  • Experience with distributed systems design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
