Key Engineer Roles:

The production department is looking for a technical expert who can effectively lead teams to deliver quality products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis on failed electronic components and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize production processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Provide training to production staff on new equipment and technologies.
  • Verify production tools and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Work closely with R&D to assess new products for manufacturability.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering degree.
  • At least 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Established relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Experience with assembly and fabrication of complex electronic products.
  • Ability to quickly upskill and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software development and mechanical design principles.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
