Job Opportunity: Delivering Work-Ready Skills and Digital Literacy Training

Our organization is seeking a casual trainer to deliver short courses and upskill students in work-ready skills and digital literacy training. This role provides an opportunity to develop people's careers by imparting theory and real-life workforce experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a current TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B. A minimum Cert III in Business, Business Admin, with experience in the BSB training Package, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver short courses on work-ready skills and digital literacy training
  • Upskill students to begin or further progress their career path
  • Impart theory and real-life workforce experiences
  • Communicate effectively with a range of learners

About You:

  • Current TAE40116 qualification, including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B
  • Minimum Cert III in Business, Business Admin
  • Experience in delivering work-ready skills and digital literacy training
  • Excellent training facilitation and assessment skills within vocational areas
