Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our dynamic facilities team. In this exciting opportunity, you will utilise your facilities management expertise and work across a large, unique site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Allocate and manage day-to-day routine maintenance works

• Source and manage sub-contractors

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants

• Ensure safety and quality of all works

• Assist with tendering processes for facilities-related projects

Requirements:

• A background in building trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

• Experience managing buildings and/or contractors

• A safety-first mentality and excellent problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
