  • Manage high-volume caseloads of job seekers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Engage with job seekers who are ready for employment to secure positive career developments
  • Identify and address obstacles preventing job seekers from being employable
  • Provide participants with essential tools and confidence to enter the workforce
  • Apply problem-solving skills and resilience to maximize employment results
Job Responsibilities
