We are looking for a Facilitator to join our team.

Description of the Role

This role involves delivering employment supports to individuals with disabilities, helping them develop and establish their vocational identity. The facilitator will provide hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance to participants as they transition from education to work or employment. This role requires the ability to motivate and empower participants to reach their full potential, while also working closely with employers to ensure successful integration into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised employment supports to participants
  • Mentor and guide participants in developing their skills and abilities
  • Work with employers to facilitate successful employment outcomes
  • Travel to various locations to deliver services as required
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • The ability to travel as required for service delivery and participant support
