Market Research Professional for Cultural Brand Development

We are seeking a Market Research Professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our research department, you will work with iconic brands across various sectors.

About the Role
  • Work on a mix of culture-shaping brands, where every solution is 100% bespoke.
  • Build both your methodological skills and strategic thinking by identifying meaningful segments, defining priority audiences, and projecting future behaviours.
  • Help brands define their purpose, position, and cultural relevance, and create comms strategies grounded in real human understanding.
  • Use behavioural change frameworks to uncover social and psychological forces and spot unmet needs, shaping ideas, and guiding innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be client-facing, jumping onto a portfolio of amazing accounts and helping unpack client problems.
  • Design tailored quant research frameworks and own end-to-end quant projects, analysing data and synthesising insights.
  • Create inspiring, commercially relevant narratives and strategies, and get hands-on with qual too, from depth interviews to multi-method projects.
Requirements
  • Around 2+ years' experience in consumer insights or strategy, with a background in a market research consultancy or agency environment.
  • Strong quantitative research skills, with the ability to use Q or a similar stats package.
  • Passion for strategy and turning data into business impact, with excellent analytical ability.
