Marketing Specialist Role Summary
  • We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to develop and execute seasonal marketing plans, supporting product launches, key collections, store openings, and brand activations.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate content asset production across key channels, including retail, wholesale, and digital, leading execution and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • This role involves acting as the primary marketing contact for Myer Footwear Concession, collaborating on seasonal plans, asset delivery, and campaign execution.
  • In partnership with Group Digital teams, you will develop and implement paid digital and social strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • You will be responsible for managing creative assets, campaign development, and influencer/social content for owned and partner channels, monitoring performance and analysing results in real-time.
  • A key aspect of this role is conducting competitor research and staying up-to-date with best practice marketing trends, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
  • This position also involves supporting reporting, budget management, and marketing administration to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimal outcomes.
