Job Title: Rail Service Representative Rail Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to V/Line passengers, ensuring the safety and security of rail environments, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained station. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Provide top-notch customer service to V/Line passengers, addressing their queries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station, including facilities and equipment.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
 Requirements:  
  • Certificate 3 in Rail Customer Operations (or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Year 10 or equivalent education
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Previous experience in customer service and operational roles
