Job Role Overview

As a key contributor to our organization, Sales Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

  • A Sunday to Thursday roster is required for this role.
  • The ability to maintain a safe work environment and promote personal safety, as well as that of teammates and customers, is essential.
  • This position involves contributing to store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration with the team, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are crucial for success in this role.
  • Providing comprehensive information on products and services to customers is a vital aspect of this job.
  • Maintaining high standards of shop presentation and shelving is critical.
  • Cleaning and maintaining showroom standards is also an important responsibility.

This role requires manual handling, bending, and climbing. Enthusiasm for motorcycles is necessary, along with prior retail experience. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is vital. Proactive individuals who can prioritize effectively will thrive in this role.
