  • $28-$43 per hour, plus penalties and free travel benefits.

At V/Line, we aim to provide exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safety on and around our rail network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling tickets, making platform announcements, assisting passengers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our stations and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Myki and V/Net tickets to customers.
  • Make accurate and timely platform announcements.
  • Assist passengers with their queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of our stations and facilities.
  • Ensure safety on and around the station, for customers, colleagues, and yourself.

As a Services Officer/Reserve Conductor, you will also be required to work independently and proactively without supervision, adapt to changing environments, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
