About the Role:

  • As a highly skilled UKG Pro Workforce Management consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet customer objectives and goals.
  • Facilitate workshops to evaluate and solve complex requirements, advise on software configuration, and provide ongoing functional advice.
  • Maintain certifications and stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates.
  • Ensure best practices by considering functionality, user experience, and integration complexity to deliver value and customer-aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our WFM consulting team to implement, consult, and advise on UKG (Kronos) software according to project schedules.

About You:

You should have a genuine interest in both human and technical aspects of HR, payroll, and workforce management technology. While expertise in UKG (Kronos) software is essential, developing strong consulting skills in a client-facing environment is also important.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a consultant or client working on UKG Pro Workforce Management.
  2. Strong knowledge in one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, rostering, forecasting, or activities.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
