Job Title: Time Management Expert

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our time and attendance system using UKG Workforce Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the UKG WFM and HCM platform, including user access, configuration updates, and system troubleshooting.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse time and attendance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and other key metrics.
  • UKG Roll out: Assist in the end-to-end implementation of UKG WFM modules and upgrades, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deployment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in workforce management roles, preferably using UKG WFM or similar systems.
  • Experience with human capital management module.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret timekeeping data and create custom reports.
