Travel and Tourism Career Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role involves dealing with customer enquiries, selling travel tickets and tour packages, and providing Hajj and Umrah Packages to clients.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and meeting their expectations
  • Selling travel tickets and tour packages
  • Providing Hajj Packages every year to Makkah with complete travel and accommodation services
  • Providing Umrah Packages to Makkah and Saudi Arabia every year with efficient services
  • Providing Business and Holiday Packages with suitable discounts
  • Familiarisation visits to new destinations to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
  • Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance
  • Cash handling, key holding, data entry & retrieval, managing budgets, maintaining records and producing financial reports
  • Selling holiday packages and insurance
  • Assisting in Visa Applications

Requirements include:

  • A Certificate II or III or relevant trainings or courses
  • At least 3+ years of experience in the Australian industry OR overseas experience
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary package and benefits. The successful candidate will be motivated and experienced in the field of travel and tourism.
