As part of our global company, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, providing exceptional customer service, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

 

Building strong relationships with our guests is key to delivering an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for greeting and registering owners and guests, providing them with information about local attractions and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and registering owners and guests

  • Managing guest issues and concerns
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
