As a consultant at Adventure World, you'll be a key player in designing unique itineraries that align with our core values of sustainability, responsible travel, wildlife, and authentic cultural experiences. Currently, we're seeking consultants to join our "Asia" teams.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate with travel agents and guests, delivering exceptional sales and service support.
- Handle inquiries efficiently across multiple channels in our contact centre environment.
- Provide end-to-end service, organising flights, tours, accommodations, and more.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on systems, destinations, and products.
- Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

**About You**:
Your passion for travel, coupled with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships, will drive your success. Additionally, you'll:

- Bring customer service experience from a sales-driven environment.
- Demonstrate or be willing to learn strong destination knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft suite and quick to learn new systems.
