Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a first point of contact for existing clients and their families, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redirect incoming calls to the most appropriate team member to ensure timely responses
  • Document accurate and detailed information from client interactions in our CRM system
  • Resolve or escalate customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team as part of our wider team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations
