We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Perth. As a key representative of our hospitality service, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and contribute to the overall success of our operation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 Years Experience Working in a Fine Dining Restaurant
- Ability to 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks
- Good availability including Nights, Weekends and Public holidays
- Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Eager to Learn
- Good Time Management and Reliable
