This is a key role within our team where you will work together with the customer service specialists to ensure great customer service is always delivered.
You will provide expert advice to customers in a broad range of products and services and operate as a proud brand ambassador.
We are seeking passionate individuals who are customer focused, enjoy being around people and working in a team, like being busy in a fast-paced environment and taking responsibility and delivering on their commitments.
- Flexibility with your availability, being able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends to meet our customers needs
The ideal candidate will be flexible with their availability and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the rest of the team to achieve our goals and targets.
