Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide specialist coaching and support to team members on claims management strategy and treatment approvals.">
  3. Review and provide feedback on current claims management practices and procedures to ensure emerging trends are identified and managed.">
  4. Lead and manage Injury Management projects and initiatives to support the continuous improvement of claims management practices.">
  5. Work with the Team Leader to identify, develop, and implement effective strategies to support key performance and remuneration measures.">
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Relevant qualifications in Allied Health (physiotherapy, exercise physiology, exercise science, occupational therapy or equivalent).">
  • Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.">
  • Ability to manage relationships and competing stakeholder priorities.">
  • Experience in coaching and supporting peers.">
  • Understanding of workers compensation practices and relevant legislation.">
