About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions to enable individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.
- You will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations.
- Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Performing various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return to work goal.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
